Earlier most of the wigs were made from natural hair, however these days they are made up of the synthetic hair which actually give the look of natural hair. But even today, people prefer human hair wigs over the synthetic ones as they are comparatively more comfortable. To increase the life of the wigs, it is essential that you don’t allow oil to seep into it. Before washing the human hair wigs, make sure that you have removed the tangles from it.
If you wash the wig frequently, then it may lose its originality; therefore it is advisable to wear human hair wigs for at least eight times before washing them. While washing human hair wigs, use lukewarm water and shampoo. Soak the wig in soapy water for five minutes and then rinse it with normal water. You have to take care of the wigs just like your own hair and this is the reason why human hair wigs also need regular conditioning. For drying the wig, use a towel and then blow dry it.
